He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy (Luban); his mother Bessie Bellone; his brother Raymond; and his grandparents, Carla, Ramon and Carmela Bellone.
He is survived by: his father Arsenio; his sisters, June (Samson) and Nancy; his niece Becca; and his caregiver Junna Ellison.
