It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby P. Neff of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Reynoldsville, West Virginia, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George R. Campbell and Daisy Myers Campbell; her husbands, Clifton G. Cain and Johnie E. Neff; and her siblings, Frank, George, Virgil, Jason, Arlen Campbell, Annabelle Taylor, Lou Lipscomb and Ethel Mancini.
She is survived by: her sons, William Boyd Cain, Giles Eugene Cain, Clifton Gene Cain, Jr. and Dimond Cain; her stepchildren, Donald E. Neff, Sandra Chapman (David) and Roberta Jean Neff; and her sisters, Dolly Stoop and Mary Jane Dalton. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
