He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger V. Harbert and Emma Nolan Harbert; his daughter Andrea Julian; and his brother Kevin Harbert. He is survived by: his wife Joretta Richard Harbert of Weirton; his son Roger A. Harbert, Jr.; his stepdaughter Stacey Holt Clifton of Weirton; and his sister Anita Harbert of Parkersburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
