He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Vaughn and Mary Elizabeth Salyer Vaughn; his siblings, Ronald Vaughn, Denise Vaughn and Tina Vaughn; and his father-in-law John Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Woods Vaughn; his daughter Chloe Elaine Vaughn; his stepdaughters, Stephanie Schultz and Sarah Goddard; his siblings, Darren and Dawn; and his mother-in-law Frances Woods of Moundsville, W. V.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
