He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Chuma and Helen Yuhas Chuma; and his sister Patty Astfalk. He is survived by: his wife Jane Viola Chuma. He is also survived by married on July 22, 1989, family members, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home (3219 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM.
