He was predeceased by: his parents, Err Johnson and Ethel Johnson; his wife Carolyn Elaine Johnson; his son Robert Kevin Johnson; and his sister Mary.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Ashley MacGregor (Jacob) of Weirton, WV and Tara Sheperd (Gregory) of Beech Bottom, WV; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, MacKenzie, Junior, Shania and Grace.
