He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Irving Collier and Gertrude Irene Collier (Holehouse); his sisters, Ruth Clouse and Dorothy Minick; and his stepson Dwight Morrow.
He is survived by: his wife Sharyn Collier of Weirton, WV; his daughters, Julie Collier, Carol Collier and Patricia Thomas (Terry); his grandchildren, Eric, Samantha, Joshua and Steven; his great grandchild Damien; his brother-in-law Paul Cappe (Barbara) of Paris, PA; and his niece Beverly Stump (Jeff). He is also survived by sons.
