She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franklin and Rose Corrinne Lutes (Weimer); and her husband Hayward Jerome Sigley. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Neff (Donald), Beverly Gordon, Becky Young, Roberta Trahern, Kimberly Bills (Terry) and Judith Strothers (Stephen); and her sisters, Carol Truax and Brenda McVickers (Dave). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
