She is survived by: her children, Keith, Shirley Mansfield, James, Debbie Mansfield Jr. and Laura Caruth; her grandchildren, Annamarie, Zander, Michelle Mansfield, Maria, Andrea, Chrissy Boby, Allison Rose and Madison Caruth; and her great grandchild Emilia Dalton.
