We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2022, at the age of 76, Richard R. Irwin of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Steubenville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert M. Irwin and Kathryn McMahon Irwin; and his wife Cynthia Joan Kester Irwin. He is survived by: his son Richard E. Irwin (Chassidy); his grandsons, Michael, Tyler and Dominic; and his brothers, Gilbert Thomas Irwin (June) of Weirton, WV and Samuel H. Irwin (Susan) of Weirton, WV. He is also survived by several nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews.
