We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2025, at the age of 74, Patricia Ann Waggoner of Weirton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Julio and Mafalda Pompa Julio; her husband John Waggoner; and her brother Angelo Julio. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Rochinich (Charles) of Weirton, Crystal Lane (Rian) of Wintersville, Jennifer Hodges (Michael) of Kenna, WV. and Eric Waggoner (Paula) of Richmond, OH.; her grandchildren, Matthew Waggoner (Ashley), Cody Waggoner, Taylor, Jacob Lane and Regan Temple; her great grandchildren, Kannon Waggoner and Gavin Blake; and her brother Dave Julio (Diane).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to Patricia's family.
