It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pamela Jean Jones of Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Powelson and Norma Mae Cole Powelson; and her husband Pete Jones. She is survived by: her son Thomas Jones (Teresa); her siblings, Susan Mazzocco and Bruce Powelson (Patti) of Weirton; her nieces, Schelley Shillington (Brian) and Trishann Sacripanti (Joe); her great-niece Sophia Sacripanti; and her great-nephew Rocco Sacripanti.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home (3219 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pam's name to the Weirton History Museum, Pittsburgh Children's Hospital @ givetochildrens.org., or the Weirton Salvation Army.
