With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie Lenore Fox of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Grantsville, West Virginia, who passed away on June 28, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Rine and Ida Grace Rine (Valentine); her husband Garold Floyd Fox; and her siblings, Phillip, Donald, Doyle Rine, Mary Ireland, Wilma Nester, Patricia Robinson, Leona Dewitt and Louise Carey.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Norman (David) of New Cumberland; her granddaughters, Ashley Castelli (Andrew) of New York City and Hillary Rhodes (Joshua) of Morgantown; her great grandchildren, Sephora, Levi, Pierce and Micah Rhodes; and her pet Charlotte.
