He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Utt. He is survived by: his father Robert Minger of Wellsburg, WV; his wife Traci Byard Minger; his daughters, Kayla Greenslate (Eric) and Bethany Minger; and his siblings, Robert Minger (Summer), Georgia Heckert and Mary Whipkey (Travis).
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services (380 Penco Rd, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
