She was predeceased by: her parents, Antone Zurich and Maria Tasovac Zurich; her husband Walter Kolosky; her sister Mary Joyce; her grandchildren, Michael David Elliott, Frankie Jezierski, Jay Jezierski and Shauna Kolosky; and her great grandchild Devon Jezierski.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Jezierski, Walda Elliott (Mike), John Kolosky (Jolene) and Joe Kolosky (late Dorie); her grandchildren, Brian Jezierski (Dusty), Chris Kolosky, Joey Kolosky (Amanda), Jonathan Kolosky (Amanda Dulaney), Mathew Elliott (Milly), Diane Mazzella (John) and Denise Elliott-Smith (Josh); her great grandchildren, Alex, Frankie, Jaylynn, Logan, Chase, Sierra, Arias, Niyah, Jayus, Michael, Allison and Reagan; and her niece April Komorowski (Wally).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Paul Catholic Church Renovation.
