With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Martha E. Highley of Weirton, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Martha left this world on April 15, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James McIntire and Alice Haslam McIntire; her husband Paul F. Highley; and her siblings, Florence, Harry, Ray, Charles, George, Roy and Dale.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Carol McIntire; and her pet Cuddles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Steel & Wolfe Funeral Homes & Cremation Services (3721 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home to offset the funeral cost.
