He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alex Lyons and Hilda Freeman Lyons; his wife Vivian Lyons (Spencer); his children, Gerard Spencer (Frances) of Weirton, Reana Powers (Antonio) of Texas and RaLysha Hampson of Weirton; and his siblings, Randy Freeman of Steubenville, Alex Lyons, Jr. of Steubenville, Corey Lyons of Steubenville and Alexia Lyons of Texas. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
