He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lowe and June Ray (Westfall); and his stepfather William Ray. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Lowe (Mallas); his sons, Patrick Lowe (Haley Wilson) of New Cumberland, WV and Branden Lowe of Weirton, WV; his granddaughter Crystal Chambers; and his pet Pee Wee.
