He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Margaret DiFonzo Petrelle and Samuel C. Lescallette. He is survived by: his parents, Timothy A. Lescallette and Loretta A. Petrelle Lescallette; his sisters, Emily P. Liler of Blacklick, OH and Carly P. Lescallette of Monaca, PA; and his grandmother Jessie Mae Truex Lescallette of Weirton, WV. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and caregivers.
