He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zdinak and Josephine Yarchan Zdinak; and his siblings, Barbara Clancey, Richard "Dick" Zdinak and Bobby Zdinak.
He is survived by: his wife Dottie Jones Zdinak; his children, Larry R. (Nikki Zdinak, Jr.) and Dawn Zdinak; his brother John Zdinak; and his granddaughters, Averi, Adyson and Aleigh Zdinak.
