He is survived by: his wife Megan McCullough Truax of Raleigh, NC.; his children, Nicholas D'Angelo of Weirton, Gianna Marie of Weirton and Addison Leeann Truax of Weirton; his brothers, Jeff Truax (Kelly) of Washington, PA., Richard Truax of Weirton, David Truax of Tiltonsville and Daniel Truax (MJ West) of Weirton; and his nieces and nephews, Omari West and Alisia Chandler.
