He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin E. Higginbotham and Clara Fisher Higginbotham; and his brother William L. Higginbotham. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hanlin Higginbotham; his children, Sheila Seavolt (Gary), Lynn Robinson and Ted Higginbotham (Anne); his grandchildren, Joseph, Brandie (Adam Rank), Danny, Brandee Rank, Jake, Mandee, Scott and Cermantha; his great grandchildren, Claira and Darren; his brothers, Melvin E. Higginbotham (Marion) and Robert C. Higginbotham (Debbie); his half-sister Colleen Chapman; and his sister-in-law Pam Higginbotham.
