He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Boltz Bohrer; his children, Agina Kempen (Paul) of Weirton, WV, Christina Ensminger (Keith) of Bloomingdale, OH and Randall Bohrer (Katherine) of Martins; his sister Karen Falk of Princeton, IL; and his grandchildren, Nicole Workman (Cody), Jeffrey Ensminger (Jessica), Brian Ensminger (Traci), Krista Parsons (Joseph), Kelly Ensminger (Chad McVicker), Thomas Kempen (Stephanie), Jodi Oberdick (Jeff), Lori Brown (Michael), Stephen Carpino (Stacy) and Boyd Carpino (Barbara).
