He is survived by: his parents, Sherri Deveaney of Weirton, WV and Tim Deveaney (Elaine) of Washington, PA.; his wife Allishia Deveaney; his children, Harmony Kins and Hayden Deveaney; his brothers, Timothy Deveaney Jr. and Brandon Deveaney (Amanda Santo); his mother-in-law Caroline Kins; his sister-in-law Hannah Kins (Skippy Scurry); his nephews, Kais Santo, Maverick Scurry and Rai Scurry; his brother-in-law Isaac Kins; and his stepsisters, Nicole and Sherri. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
