He is survived by: his wife Shelley Ivol Pearson; his sons, James "Scotty" Pearson and Matthew Oliver Pearson (Erin); his stepson Douglas Obeldobel (Edith); his grandchildren, Owen, Elisabeth Pearson, Justyne Strohmeyer (Joe), Mason, Kris, Trevor, Alex, Alexis, Jacob and Jada Obeldobel; his great grandchild Scarlet Strohmeyer; and his pets, Beau, Buddy and Bitzie.
