He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Young and Josephina Pingatore Young. He is survived by: his wife Carla; his sons, James Oscar Young (Jane) and Harrison John Young (Lauren); his stepchildren, Michael Gianni Palma (Quincey) and Emily Palma (Robb Keene); his siblings, William "Billy" Young (Debbie), Linda Davis (Harry "Butch") and Judy Johnson; and his grandchildren, Helena Josephine Young, Oscar Lawrence Young and Sienna Rose Keene. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and countless friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home (3219 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Paul Roman Catholic Church (140 Walnut St, Weirton, WV 26062).
