He is survived by: his stepfather Frank Marshall; his wife Penny Shingleton Brown; his sons, Bryan of Weirton, Drew Brown of Weirton, Justin of Weirton and Jeremy Tate of Weirton; his grandchildren, Harley Nichole, Kaylin Rae Brown, Jaden, Ryan Tate and Kamden Larimer; and his sisters, Theresa "Dolly" Young of Wintersville and Sandy Glover of Brookfield, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
