He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gordon and Jane Whitaker Mack; his wife Monnie Beatty; his daughter Tina Mack; and his siblings, Bill, Tom, Fred, Donnie, Ronnie Mack, Libby Jack, Alice Call, Shirley Hitchens and Bertha Grim.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Joseph Mack (Shirlee) of London, OH. and Timothy Mack (Kim) of Weirton; and his grandchildren, Natalie Koziara (Dustin) and Thomas Anthony Mack.
