He was predeceased by: his parents, Larkin William Baker and Ocea Angeline Richards Baker; his close friend Linda E. Wright; his sister Janet Marie Stanley; and his half-siblings, Edith Lewis of Virginia and George E. Stemple.
He is survived by: his sister Evelyn Jean Gaumer (late Edgar Keith Gaumer); and his niece Sherry Ann Milewsky (Douglas) of Weirton, WV..
