He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Lee Skinner Sr. and Donna Ruth Skinner (Smith); and his siblings, Tambra Kay Bragg (Skinner) and Mark Shawn Skinner. He is survived by: his son Joshua Skinner of Toronto, OH; his grandsons, Isiah and Jacob Skinner; and his brother Michael Skinner (Veronica) of Paris, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
