He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Paytors, and Julia Paytors, Jr. (Kallay); his daughter Tammy Lynn Paytors; his former wife Wilma Paytors; and his siblings, Stephen Paytors, Julia McChancy and Betty Paytors.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Paytors; his niece Sharon Huffman (Ron) of Quiet Dell, WV; his nephew Bill McChancy of Weirton, WV; his great-nephews, Jeff Huffman (Destiny) and Brian Huffman (Ashley); and his pet Jasper.
Per Frank's wishes his body is being donated to the West Virginia Human Gift Registry.
