It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Lee Butler-Rine of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 20, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Eddy and Grace Henthorne Eddy; and her former husband Curtis Adison Butler. She is survived by: her husband Dana H. Rine; her children, Beth Eckstein (Craig) of Glen Allen, VA and Curtis A. Butler (Cheryl) of Weirton, WV; her grandchildren, Chase Butler, Chad Butler (Tiffany), Miranda Osborn (Blake) and Elizabeth Tulip (Dillon); and her brothers, James Eddy and Michael Eddy. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
