With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorcas Darleen Gilliam of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Bellaire, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Jeffreys Sr. and Dorcas Jeffreys (Wright); and her siblings, Robert Wright, John Wright, Sharron Schybal, Hilda Jeffreys, Grace Montgomery and Brenda Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband William Gilliam; her children, Dorina Ashcraft, Brianna Gilliam, Marissa Gilliam and Latahnee Gilliam; and her siblings, Calvin Jeffreys Jr., Greg Jeffreys, Randi Ray, Clara Livingston, Juanita Judie and Linda Housley. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
