"Hoot" Kelley; her children, Janet Ford (James) of Follansbee, WV and Chris Kelley (Jean) of Jenison, MI; her grandchildren, Brian Zimmerman (Tina), Scott Zimmerman (Lori), Neal Ford (Cassie), Evan Ford (Lisa), Christopher Kelley (Cheryl), Ryan Kelley (Tabitha), Jeremy Kelley (Michelle) and Samantha Horvath; and her sister Betty Carroll of Weirton. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
