With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Mendenhall of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive father Elwood Mendenhall; his parents, Elwood Mendenhall and Georgiani Mendenhall; his parents-in-law, Bernard and Delores Heflin (Stewart); his wife Ruth Ann Heflin Mendenhall; his sons, Jared Brooks Mendenhall (Savanna) of Weirton and Ryan David Mendenhall (Becca) of West Liberty, WV; his grandchildren, Piper and Jackson Mendenhall; and his sisters, Vickie Mendenhall and Cheryl Radican (Patrick).
