She was predeceased by: her parents, Sigward Nelson and Elsie Adler Nelson; her husband Clair W. "Pete" Neeley; her sister Joan Marie Nelson; and her cousin Gaynor Nelson.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Beane Thrasher of Weirton, WV; her stepson Richard Clair Neeley (Carla) of Weirton, WV; her grandsons, Michael Clay Thrasher (Rebecca), Christopher Andrew Thrasher (Tiffany), Richard Paul Neeley (Brandi) and Joshua Todd Neeley (Dani); her cousin Duane Nelson (Jackie); and her close friend Gary Vanniere. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
