It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Marie Oliver of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on July 18, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Machesney and Goldie Hall Machesney; her husband Charles "Chuck" Oliver; her brothers, Danny, John, Richard and Walter Machesney; her nephew Mark Oliver; and her granddaughter Anna Danielle Shultz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carrie Shultz (Eddie) of Joffre, PA. and Casey Stone (Ollie) of Steubenville, OH; her grandchildren, Caleb Louis Charles Shultz and Philomena Marie Stone; her sister-in-law Cecilia Wounaris; and her friend Fairview Street.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cindy's name to St. Paul's Catholic School 140 Walnut Street, Weirton, WV., 26062. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Cynthia Marie Oliver 's name.
