Charles O. Griffin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2024, at the age of 94, Charles O. Griffin of Weirton, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Griffin and Anna Griffin; his wife Ruth Shingleton Griffin; his children, Vicki Falter and Charles "Danny" Griffin; and his siblings, Ruth Griffin, Alta Griffin, Mildred Barnhart, Sally Peterson and Edgar Griffin.
He is survived by: his daughter Marilyn Jackson (John); his children-in-law, Tom Falter and Barbra Griffin; and his granddaughters, Sherri Mapel (Roger), Angela Blackburn (Rob), Susan Ruscoe (Ray), Becky Hostuttler (Gary), Crissy Boyer, Tiffiny Smith (Andy) and Amanda Thompson. He is also survived by 16 Great Grandchildren and 9 Great-Great Grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and his church family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene.
