She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willard Ball and Betty Kile Ball; her husband Rev Eric Dean Spencer, Sr.; her sons, Eric Dean Spencer, Jr. and Scott Allen Spencer (Tanya); and her siblings, Robert Ball (Sherry), William Ball (Gale), Tammy Smith (Patrick) and Patty Montgomery (John). She was also cherished by 3 children.
