She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Cwiczynski and Mary Bajek Cwiczynski; her husband Ernie R. Kallay, Sr.; and her siblings, Ted "Tee Gee" Cwiczynski and Stella Cwiczynski.
She is survived by: her children, Earnest Kallay Jr. (Sylvia) of Kalida, OH., Jerome Kallay (Sharon) of Richmond, OH., Kevin Kallay of Lake Forest, CA., Thomas Kallay (Judy) of Davidson, NC. and Dr. Karen Kallay (Bishop Fulton Sheen) of Redondo Beach, CA.; and her grandchildren, Dr. Aron Kallay, Shannon Dolan and David Kallay.
