It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol L. Northcraft of Weirton, West Virginia, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Higgs and Gladys Gates Higgs; her husband Charles Ronald Northcraft; and her siblings, Koriene Price and Rick Higgs.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Martin (Matt) of Edmond, OK, Freda Hayes (Gary) of Maineville, OH, Charles Northcraft (Tammy) of Oklahoma City, OK, Timothy Northcraft and Matthew Northcraft (Amanda); her foster son Christopher Sanders of Weirton, WV; and her brother Fred Higgs (Barbara) of Edmond, OK.. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
