She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Liggins and Bert Liggins; and her siblings, Milly, Ron and Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, Bob, Jr., Ron Harper and Valerie Pensis (J. B.); her grandchildren, Vicky (Sonny), Scott (Chelsea), Samantha, Alex (Brianna), Ben, J. B., Jr. (Amanda) and Jared; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Ellie, Jessa, David, River and Hunter; and her sister Hilda.
BRENDA LIGGINS HARPER died peacefully at her home in Paris, PA on Friday, September 29, 2023, after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease.
