He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Nicholson Gilbert; his children, Paula Becker (Glenn), Becky Gilkey (Dan), Robert Gilbert (Gabrielle), Eric Gilbert (Troy), Dominique Dober (Nathan), Ethan Gilbert, Evan Gilbert, Tristen Becker, Hallie Becker, Hannah Gilkey, Grant Gilkey, Finn Gilbert-Wright and Mia Gilbert-Wright; and his sister Janice Roach.
