He is survived by: his wife Sarah Jane Carson Anderson; his son Christopher "Kit" Anderson (Mary Beth) of Huntington, WV; his grandchildren, William and Sally Anderson; and his sister Donna Durkin (Tom) of Weirton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
