She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayward Sigley and Rita Lutes Sigley; and her siblings, Jeffery Sigley and Roberta Trahern. She is survived by: her husband Donald Everett Neff, I; her daughter Seneca Smith (Brandon); her grandchildren, Aaiyah, Issac, Sadie, Korrine Neff, Sierra, Blaze Kelleher, Serenity and Syriauna Smith; and her sisters, Beverly Gordon, Becky Young, Kimmy Bills (Terry) and Judy Strothers (Stephen). She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
