He was predeceased by: his parents, Stojan Goykovich and Milica Sipich Goykovich; his wife Conchetta "Toni" Mantica Goykovich; his children, David and Terry Goykovich; and his siblings, Mike, Nick, Stanley, Eli Matijevich, Adam Goykovich, Martha Welsh, Sally Madich, Mary Mott, Mildred Kelchak, Katie Palmer, Dorothy Goykovich and Katie Matijevich.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Stephen Goykovich (Debbie) of Daytona Beach, FL and Valerie Kohen; his grandchildren, Stephen Goykovich (Megan), Evan Chiodi and Nico Lucas; and his great grandchild Vincent Chiodi.
