He is survived by: his children, Toby Lee Stout of Lockport, NY, Steven Ray Stout of Torrington, WY, Marilyn Marie Stout Hypes (Lonnie) of Braselton, GA and Vicky Ann Stout Kenna of Alachua, FL. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
