She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ellis "Boots" and Mary Alice Gollihue Hall; her husband Frederick Allen Starcher; and her siblings, Charles Hall and Helen Cowger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Sue Callahan (Mike) of Camden and Frankie "Jeannie" Miller-Bologna (Chris) of Hollywood, MD; her grandsons, Chad Michael Callahan of Camden, Camden Tully Miller of Altadena, CA and Casey Franklin Miller (Melanie) of Norfolk, VA; and her stepgrandson Joseph Timothy Miller (Rachael) of Baltimore, MD.
