It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Rule Sr. (Webster Springs, West Virginia), born in Cowen, West Virginia, who passed away on April 20, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen Rule; his daughters, Karen Campbell and Mary Handschumacker; his brother Henry Rule; and his brother-in-law Pete Green.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Wion (Dan) of Missouri, Nancy Rule (Thomas Sparks) of Webster Springs, Lori Mustian (Raymond) of Virginia and Thomas Rule, Jr. (Brenda) of Webster Springs; and his siblings, Richard Rule (Kay) of Maryland, Nancy Pugh (Herbert) of Webster Springs and Annabelle Green of Tennessee.
