He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Linda Breitenstein (David), Ferrell Clevenger (Sally), Brenda Hetterich, Barbara Simmons (David), Shirley Boteler (David), Onie Clevenger (Katherine), Andy Moats, Samantha Moats and Michelle Moats; and his grandchildren, Theresa, Dale, Steven, Freddy, Amy, Tracey, Dwayne, Brittany, Bradley, Becky, Deanna, Jacob, Jessica, Sam, Eric, Ricky, Ashton, Andrea, Megan and BreeAnna. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and many other extended friends.
